No, you don't have to enter a 'pretend 1099-Misc' to report this income as 'Other Income'.

 

Under Wages & Income, scroll down to 'Less Common Income', then 'Miscellaneous Income', then 'Other Reportable Income'.

 

You can type in your own description.
