IRS needs to finalize and approve Form 4684 before it is available in TurboTax.
The availability date is 02/12/2020.
If you don't need the form you can delete it by follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Tax Tools from the left menu then Tools
- Select Delete a form
- Locate the form and select delete next to it.
