If you have a 1095-C, that is for your records only. You do not need to report anything on your taxes in 2019. Follow these steps to remove the form and continue on your return:
- Under the Federal menu from the left, choose Deductions & Credits
- Expand the menu for Medical
- Click Start/Revisit next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
- The following screen will ask Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? Answer No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A.
- Click Continue.
This should eliminate the need for the form. You may also opt to delete a form. Follow these steps:
- Under the Tax Tools menu on the right, click on Tools
- Click on Delete a Form
- Scroll through the list until you find the associated form, click Delete
- Confirm that you choose to delete and continue
