You should be able to switch back to e-file. Here is how to do it:
- Sign in to your account and click Add a State. You should see that option in blue to the right of the box with your 2019 status.
- Select Review from the menu on the left side. If any errors are shown, you will need to correct them.
- Continue into the File section.
- Continue until you reach the screen titled, Let's get ready to file, select I want to e-file.
- Continue and keep following the screens until you've transmitted your return.
