How do I file jointly with my spouse being unemployed and she received no unemployment benefits for the entire year. Because she was unemployed for the year, (according to what I've read) I shouldn't have to pay the Health Insurance fee for her not having insurance last year. Please provide me with some assistance on that matter. Also I don't see where, or how, to state she was unemployed, do I just file her as a dependent at that point?
