It depends on how your Federal information was treated on these W2s.  Usually, in these scenarios, the Federal information will be blank on one W2 and just show state information.  If that is the case, then you can enter them as one W2 but with separate state entries.  You will only add the Federal information once (don't double it) and then underneath box 15 there is an option to Add Another Row.  You can click that and report both your states (and locals if necessary) on the same W2 entry screen.  Be sure to report both states information separately; however, do not combine the incomes and withholdings together into one line.  I have included a screenshot below.

If the Federal information is not blank and it appears that they split your income into two W2s, then you would enter both W2s completely.  However, this would be unusual for these cases.
