Worked in different state than living employer sent me 2 W2 forms what should I do?

I worked in NJ for a few months while living in Delaware and they sent me 2 w2 forms the difference is one shows my NJ taxes at the bottom and the other shows DE taxes do I need to put both complete forms on my list?
