It’s easy to get help with TurboTax Live
As you prepare your taxes, you can quickly connect to a tax expert using one-way video or phone. Here’s how:
- Select the Live Tax Advice icon in the top right.
- Enter your question or topic area.
- Select Set up a call.
- For a callback, enter your info and select Confirm my call. To schedule a call for a specific day and time, select Book a call and follow the prompts.
