To change your grandson's dependent status on his return, follow these instructions:
- Select Personal Info,
- Select Continue,
- Select Edit next to your grandsons name,
- Question No. 3 is the Can someone else claim you question.
- Correct.
You may now re-file your grandson's tax return.
