Box 11 on Form 1099-MISC is not used. If you received a Form 1099-MISC with a box 11 amount, contact the payer and request a corrected 1099-MISC.
Check to make sure it is a 1099-MISC, and not one of the types of 1099 (there are about 20 kinds of 1099).
