I just had to do this myself, I had a typo in entering the EIN on one of our W2's and my initial efile was rejected. Go into check return status and follow the prompts. Eventually you should see all your W-2's listed, with their EINs, on a page. Check each one against your actual W-2 to find the one with the problem. Once you know which EIN is in error, go back to Personal, Income, then "I'll choose what I work on" then from the list that appears, click on "update" next to your W-2 income. Go to the W-2 that has the problem by clicking "edit" then correct the EIN number. Then step through review, file, etc. to re-file it. I haven't got my response back from the IRS yet but hopefully this should take care of it for you.
