Why is turbo tax categorizing my 1099-misc as self employed. I received it as paid family leave.

I followed this but this also makes this income taxable by state.
Bonding Leave pay should only be taxed by federal not by state.
Any idea how to enter it so it is only taxed by federal ?
Usually, there is an option in the state interview to exclude items treated differently by the states. What state are you filing in?
