Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am getting this "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" error message before I even begin using the program.  I get this after it has checked for updates and restarts Turbotax 2019 Deluxe.  It gets to the Activation pop-up and the four little blue dots swerl and then when they come together, wham! This error pop-up.  Have Hit the try button over the course of several because it says "Please try again or check back in a bit."  but still not working.

 

Two calls to Tech support for over 2 hours have still not resolved the issue.
