Okay so like I don't know if you read the post fully, but I did what I was supposed to do and repeatedly reported the mistake. Short of reporting him to the IRS, I did everything I could to rectify it. I get the past is the past, that seems to be what you all say on these boards, but it's not like this went unnoticed until I got my W-2.
