yes. since he is a full time student the age limit for claiming him is that he be under 24 by the end of 2019. hopefully, on his return he indicated that he could be claimed by another taxpayer. if not he'll have to amend so you can claim. if he claimed himself, even if he amends, this will bar you from e-filing.
