1099's for what? you're SE income?. the IRS does not require you to have them all to file. however, if they differ from your numbers then you will have to amend. note, that for 1099-misc, payors do not have to issue ones if the payment is less than $600. you still have to report the income. for things like 1099s for brokerage accounts it is unwise to file without them.
