The court told me i can claim my child in the odd years..per written into the parenting plan that father claims child in odd years .my question is do i claim head of household or do i claim single. My daughter lives with her mom but court still states that i can claim since i am up to date on payments. So do i claim everything that comes along with claiming my daughter? Head of house hold or single ect...? Thank you for your help
