I got a 1099 and he has a regular w2. I have custody of my nieces and nephew and he doesnt. We share the same po box to get mail because we live in a village where there is no postal delivery and we have had it for years so just kept it.. we have two different houses. And he has other deductions that I dont have like he borrowed on his retirement and he has a mortgage interest paper. I do our taxes so what's the best way to claim
