Form 1095-C and 1095-B are not reported on your return. They should be kept for your own record.
To enter form 1095-A:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Go to Deductions and Credits.
- Click on All Tax breaks .
- Scroll down to Medical and click show more.
- click Start next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
