Your date of birth is not printed on the tax return, it is only in your My info section in Turbo Tax. It is included in your e-file sent to the IRS, but when you print out Form 1040, that information is not included in the filing forms.
If you print out your return with all worksheets, you can find your date of birth on the Personal Info Worksheet.
