I got a w-2, 1099-misc, and a 1099-int from my former employer from a settlement along with my w-2 for wages. Do I have to file all three form and my w-2 from wages?

The w-2 box 1 is only $453 and shows withholding the 1099-misc box 3 has $679.03 which is different from the 1099-int that shows $679.01 in box 1. Do I really need to file these forms?
