Have you already imported your W-2? If so, you may need to delete that W-2, and then import it again. If you have already imported it, you may need to enter your W-2 manually.
Here's how to delete the W-2 information in TurboTax Online:
- Open your return.
- Search for "w2" in the search box.
- Click on "Jump to w2" link.
- On Review your W-2 info screen. Click the trashcan icon (delete) next to the W-2, then answer yes on the following screen.
