You can find a link to create 1099s inside of TurboTax in the section for your Business Income and Expenses by clicking on the link Help me Create W2s and 1099s after answering the questions regarding whether you must issue these documents to contractors.
You can also go straight to these documents before you enter all of your other income and expenses by clicking on this link Quick Employer Forms and signing in with the same user name and password used for your TurboTax Self-Employed account.
