Ok ... so you filed the 2019 return using the 2018 information ? If so you MUST WAIT for the IRS to accept or reject your return.
If it is rejected then you can simply fix the incorrect entries and resubmit the return.
Now if the return is accepted you MUST WAIT LONGER until that return is fully processed and you have received the refund ... ONLY THEN can you complete the amendment process.
