BEYOND frustrated! I received my "advance" and cannot access it because I cannot access my Temp/Virtual card info. Called 3x and nobody knows anything!
Called 3x. Cannot reset password. Locked out of account for 24 hrs. Turbo card reply... you'll just have to wait for your physical card to arrive. So what is the point of all this if they can't help me! Should've used H&R Block!
