If you click "Forgot User Name or Password?" you will get an option to use your phone number, email or user ID to retrieve your account. You should see that option in blue underneath the log in button.
If you can't get your access to your account that way, you can click, "Try something else", which appears in blue on the Get Sign In Help page.
