What happens when you try to click on No?  Or does nothing happen?  If you did not have health care insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges then you would not be receiving a Form 1095-A.  Just click on the Back button.

I got the help I needed. Hoping that your software dont have a glitch on that particular question because everytime I revisited that question. It had yes highlighted instead of no.
