Fellow tax payers:
In some place Turbo discussion said that you can let a company dormant at first but you have to file tax return for the business. I paid the min tax $800 for California FTB. but now I want to revive and file past year that set dormant 2015. how do I file tax return? for S-corp. Ofcourse, the income and expense can set to zero.
