Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Since it is not possible to merge multiple accounts, it is a good idea to determine if you have multiple accounts with TurboTax before starting to work on your return.
Here are the steps you can take to find out if you have multiple accounts under the same email address:
- First, sign out of your account (otherwise, you'll be thrown into a loop in step 2).
- Go to our Get help signing in to your account page, enter your email address, then continue.
- Check your inbox for a Your TurboTax Account email from do_not_reply@intuit.com, which will list all Intuit accounts tied to that email address.
- Repeat these steps for any other email addresses you may have.
