The 1095-B is just a confirmatory document, and many individuals have reported incorrect ones or not getting one in the first place. You don't even enter a 1095-B into your return

Two wrongs don't make a right. Indicate that you had health insurance all year, and leave it at that. You don't want to say you didn't have it in December if you did. I wouldn't waste my time pursuing the correction of this form.


You do mean 1095-B and not 1095-A, correct? (Because my answer might be different)
