The 6 digit Identity Protection PIN is only sent to you by the IRS.  It is mailed to your address in either December or January.

If you never applied for an IP PIN or submitted an Identity Theft Affidavit to the IRS then there would be no reason whey you should receive an IP PIN.

Bec i moved to New address that why i used pin last year if i need another new pin
