Actually, I was finally able to contact an agent after jumping through hoops. The agent, a really sharp one, tried a few things, had me removed the app, then had me go into the C-drive and remove the TurboTax folder. Yes, it was the corrupt folder problem. Did a reinstall and it now works perfectly. I guess my beef is that TurboTax makes it extremely difficult to get to an agent without first going through so many FAQs and other DIY fixes - and there are so many! The contact number is never displayed. This may be okay for the youth who are technically proficient, but anyone who is not, or the elderly, will end up just getting frustrated. Hey TurboTax, you folks are getting bigger. How about spending some of that fortune on customer service?
