Let me summarize the best answer by @Fern. Don't use your pay stub to file your taxes!
Your company is required to provide the EIN on your W2. Sometimes you can search the internet; but, I don't recommend that as once in a long while, a company will change their EIN.

Companies must mail the W2 by January 31 and the post office has until February 14 to deliver it to you.
