Hi others, taking aside the ref. to .net, etc ...etc... Try this simple check (& Change IF applicable ...)
Verify you have on your computer & TurboTax is Running as Administrator:
- Right click TurboTax icon and select Properties. In the Compatibility tab, check the Run as Administrator box and select APPLY and then OK.
- Start TurboTax 2019 up and Apply updates
- Worked for me, no Intuit or other Updater/Installer challenges ...
