DO I HAVE TO FILE MY SECOND W2

I made $3622.35 and my income was not taxed and due to that my refund is much smaller. I heard that if i made under $4000 i don't have to add that W2. I do have a second job which i made $35000.00. Do I need to report the W2 with 3622.35?
