Paying TurboTax for the use of their program and filing your tax return are two physically separate actions. If you did not e-file your 2018 tax return, it's to late now. The IRS closed e-filing for the 2018 taxes permanently and forever on Oct 15, 2019. At this point, your only option is to print, sign and mail your return to the IRS. If you are required to file a state return then the same holds true for the state return too.
