this may in part be due to TT not being updated for 2019 tax laws. many updates to come and can't file anyway.
she's too old to be a qualifying child even if a student - must be under 24 by the end of 2019
she could qualify as a qualifying relative, but her income must be less that $4200 for 2019 and she can't be claiming herself as a dependent on her return
she would seem to meet the other requirements to be a qualifying relative.
