No CD

I have an email that says I will get TurbotTax by Nov 27, 2019. However, I don't think I ever got it.

The email doesn't have an order # so I cannot trace the order at https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads/myaccounts?route=MYACCOUNTS&cgcview=orderlook...

 

I cannot download the software instead since I don't have the product key since I don't have the product.

What am I supposed to do now?
