Yes. It is saying that I should have paid $0 Tier 1. Not true, that's the equivalent of FICA for RRB retirement. I have to pay it. Supposed to be 6.2 % up to a certain amount. TT expects it to be zero but I paid $4600 into Teir 1. So it is taking that amount and adding it to the federal withholding which is creating an excess and showing a refund of $3600. Three other online services with the same information says I owe $1200 which is the true amount. So I have no doubt there is a software issue with Tier 1 in TT. I deleted it and reentered it several times to make sure.
