Not completely true. Turbotax does have software issues. You can't report it to them unless you upgrade to the live service which is costly. Turbotax says I get a refund of $3600. Taxact and H&R Block both say I owe $1200. Turbotax is wrong. Turbotax is trying to include my Railroad Tier 1 tax as Federal tax withheld. Turbotax says my Tier one should be $0. This is not true.
