Sorry but the steps I outlined are not mentioned in the article you refer to. I went thru those step by step excluding the ones where I was required to mess with registry settings etc and none of them worked. I performed those steps on my own and with TT help on the line and never once do they suggest "repair". All I am asking of the folks (who are obviously smarter and more experienced than I) to stop referring to a broken process and start referring to a simple 30 second fix.
