Some TurboTax Advantage customers are experiencing error 606 when attempting to activate their TurboTax Product after installation

Error 606 means the license number is not a valid match to the program installed.

Who Is Impacted?

Users are impacted by this issue if they meet all of the following:

• Installed TurboTax Deluxe, Premier, Home, and Business or Business 2019
• Product launches as Basic
• Returning Error Code 606 when attempting to activate TurboTax when asked for a License Code
