Is it because BOEING COMPANY Does not use the import service of their W2 forms? I would guess that's why.
If you know that BOEING DOES use the import service of their W2's....the you have entered information in incorrectly.
When you type in the CODE for importing your W2....make sure you type it EXACTLY as it's shown on your W2....example: if the code is in all capital letters, then type it in all capital letters.
