I also filed a dispute with Paypal but finally got through to a human being to explain. Online system couldn't handle "yes I authorized" but NO is was not a valid seller .. which of coure I didn't know until I saw the email from what looked like a vietnamese name ... but in hindsite .. probably system generated.
