to Austin8: I assume that you are inside your TT Advantage account. If that is the case, click on the Downloads tab at the top. Do you see a blue-green download button next to your TT order item? Do you see a license code listed under the item? If the answer to these questions is "no", you have the same problem I had. You'll have to call the number in your TT Advantage account ([phone number removed]) and keep saying 'agent' until you get one and tell the agent that you do not have a download button on your screen.
