If you filed an extension on or before April 15, 2019 to complete your tax return, you were still required to pay the amount owed. The extension is just for filing your return by October 15, 2019, not for paying your taxes. The "amount paid with federal extension" is the amount you paid or should have paid on April 15, 2019.
