I called the customer support earlier today and they had no clue. then transferred me to tax expert who said there may be a way to do it through screenshare. The tax expert said he'd email me email instruction, but nothing came through, He also said i can login online to get online chat (which turns out all require me to pay??) and he also told me the hours is until midnight PST. everything seems to be wrong info.
