The 'Form 1040' pdf (image below) is saving/printing as one (pdf) page (image attached) with half the page showing signature line and id info above (normally separate page 1) and then lines 1 thru 23 ('Page2') below.
How to get 2 separate pages ?

Ps: Line 17 showing amount paid with extension, line 22 'Amount you owe.' = $0, but line 23 'Estimated tax penalty' showing an amount to be paid ?
