So I months ago, I received a 1099 misc from an employer. I am a full time employee, I get money taken out every paycheck. When I received the 1099 the box where it says “federal income tax withheld” is blank. So I’m assuming meaning zero money taken out when in deed I have my pay check stubs that say how much is taken out. I still haven’t filed because it’s obviously not correct. I brought it up to employer and he basically said everybody’s was done wrong and we would get new ones. I still haven’t received anything and its very frustrating. I just want to know where is the money that was taken out of everybody’s paycheck. It is possible that something fraudulent could be going on?
