I've been trying to pay for TurboTax using my son's US based credit card but I keep getting the error message: "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again." All the information is accurate. My son did not get a message from his bank saying there was a problem and I used this same credit card to pay last year. Why is there a problem now?
